CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy To provide the best service for all my clients, I kindly ask that you cancel or modify your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this timeframe will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked. If you need to reschedule or cannot make your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible to avoid any charges. To ensure that I achieve your desired look, please be aware that any additional color or lightener needed will incur a charge of $40 per bowl.
